We firstly would like to collect some data from you to enable to us to contact you efficiently about the next steps.
Occasionally, we may use this information in the future to alert your GP if we ever felt you could be a risk to yourself or someone else. Data is held for 5 years in line with guidance from our insurer. All data is stored in line with GCPR policies and will not be shared with 3rd parties. If you would like more information about our data handling and storage policies please speak with your counsellor about this when they get in touch.
