“Speaking with Vicky gave me the confidence I needed to know my feelings were valid and she also gave me strategies to help me overcome post partum anxiety that I thought would be with me for a long time. I know that Vicky is there to lend a supportive ear that makes me feel at ease should I need to return for more help. I’m very grateful to her for what she has done for me and also how she has empowered me as a new mum.”

I went from not being able to speak about my experiences without crying, to feeling much better and calmer heading into my second birth which was a dramatically different experience I have no doubt down to Vicky. Vicky is a warm person who gives useful insight and input, while giving you the space you need to open up.”

“After a referral from the GP following a difficult turn in my emotions and struggling to manage my current situation. Victoria made me feel at ease and showed empathy towards my situation. She offered me a new perspective on how to view my situation and made me feel like my feelings were completely valid. Talking about myself does not come easy to me and after a few sessions I was able to talk through my issues. She also provided me with some useful skills to utilise when things become hard to manage.

“Victoria is just the most wonderful therapist. She got me to open up about very traumatic experiences that I had previously suppressed. I was petrified and didn't know what was happening as the flashbacks just kept on coming. She was so nice and helped me through these traumatic events. I have seen other therapists in the past but I've never had any success but Victoria made me feel safe and listened to and she really has changed my life. I've dealt with demons that I didn't know I had. And I've been able to put my coping mechanisms in place both professionally and personally.
